Outfit Post: The Denim Skirt

I don’t know where to start with this post, mainly because I can’t decide whether I love my skirt or shoes more! I’ve wanted both for a very long time, so when the perfect versions of both appeared within the space of a week or so, I just had to buy them.

We were lucky enough over the Bank Holiday to have some quite nice weather, so I decided to brave it and go bare legged (excuse my paleness – it’s been a long time since I saw sun!) in order to sport my two new wardrobe faves – and added a polo neck as I live in Manchester, not the Bahamas! I’m not going to lie, I was cold by 6pm, but it was worth it for those few glorious hours of warmth.

The shoes were a bargain at £10 and the skirt a bit pricier but still great value at £30 – the price per wear for both has already made them great buys. Next up I’ll be teaming the skirt with a denim shirt and the shoes with tailored trousers. See, well worth buying.
